Joshua Metz
Joshua (Josh) has been passionate about real estate from the moment he dipped his toe into it's vast waters. He was the main driving force behind the dream of helping others succeed in their housing and real estate dreams through organized education and partnership.
Josh and his wife Anna started their first house flip in 2022, putting in much of the work themselves and finishing in just a few months despite the property being 16 hours away. As soon as they got hands on experience, they were hooked on helping prospective homeowners and investors alike discover that joy for themselves!
Josh has a bachelors degree in Economics with a minor in Business from Calvin University. He specializes in finance, logistics, contracts, appraisal, and macro/micro economic analysis.
In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, taking walks with his wife and their dog Essie, browsing real estate, watching sports, and doing any of the many amazing outdoor activities on the North Shore of Massachusetts.
Anna Metz
Anna has always been fueled on one thing, helping others to live their best lives. From helping students to navigate the waters of college and dorm life to solving and preventing numerous personal fitness ailments through a focus health, wellness, and life balance, she has never said no to helping solve a problem.
Anna brings the same creative and analytical vigor to the real estate realm that she brings to every other part of life. She specializes in creative interior and exterior design, and overall vision for designing a space that is both beautiful and efficient.
In her free time, Anna enjoys all types of exercise, especially when it's outdoors, and even more if it includes her favorite collie, spending time with her husband, and creating in all forms, whether is be in her own home, for her personal training clients, or just for fun.
Esther (Essie) Metz
Essie is the best collie in the world! She is 8 years old, and always ready to bring full energy, whether that is pursuing food, her favorite socks, or a walk by the ocean, she lights up both of her owners days and nights.
